Reporting Your Observations in the Spring
Official Journey North Gardeners will Report Observations
3 Times:

1: When your Journey North tulips are PLANTED

2: When your Journey North tulips EMERGE

3: When your Journey North tulips BLOOM

  • Because this is a scientific experiment, ONLY gardens that were properly planted last fall can report observations for the spring study!
  • Once you've submitted your reports, the data will appear on the real-time map!
Important Definitions
Emerging
The first sign of the tulip leaves breaking the ground.
Blooming
The first time the flower opens such that you can see the pistils and stamens inside.
